SECOND TRANSNATIONAL MEETING, Avignon France, 7.4.2018
Second transnational meeting of all participants involved in the EU project of the Zagreb Volleyball Federation co-financed by the European Union, under the Erasmus + Sport program entitled "New training Program:" Building solid and healthy FUNdamentals for volleyball in early age (6-9) group "".
Over the past month partners had the task of exploring existing programs aimed for working with children aged 6 to 9 in their countries as well as in the rest of the world. Collected knowledge has been shared between partners and had opened an interesting discussion whose outcome, at the beginning of September,will give a draft version of work program for children for both age categories. The head of the working group responsible for the preparation of program for children 6-7 years is the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb, and for children 8-9 years of Scuola di pallavolo Anderlini from Modena.
Forming a groups of children and working with them is planned for Semptember 2018, with start of the new school year, when team leaders (trainers) will get drafts of the program. What is important here is that work on development of programs will not stop then. The programs will be changed and improved on the basis of feedback from the field.
The project includes the Zagreb Volleyball Federation as well as its partners: Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb, HAOK Mladost, OD Šempeter, Scuola di pallavolo Anderlini, VK Economy SPU Nitra and Avignon Volley Ball.
